Unity URP shader does not update

I have .shader file and .hlsl file which included inside the .shader. When I make any code update in thr .hlsl file, changes don't occur in the editor, even if I recompile the shader and press play it still doesn't work. I also commented the whole code in .hlsl and there is no error. I can't understand what is wrong. ,I have .shader file and .hlsl file which included inside the .shader.
